Vibe Detector Network

High quality sound reactive infinity mirrors (Vibe Detectors-VD) and hardware form the Vibe Detector Network (VDN) and dynamically generate brilliant shifting patterns using inputs from all sources weighted with local priority connected with off grid networking and heavily optimized power management for >24 hr runtime with a 5,000 mAH small battery to be rotated out daily as part of maintenance. Will be installed attached to structures or art near sound. I have extensive experience bringing electronics to Burns (Burning Man 2015-2017, and many, many regionals from 2014-2024) and pay particular attention to weatherproofing.

Mirrors are acrylic plastic and recessed. If there are connectivity failures, individual VDs or the whole VDN can be switched to patterns to maintain function and visual interest. The major technical issue here is power management and connectivity as by default sound reactive things are power hungry and WiFi is short range and power hungry and all of this is battery powered as a proof of concept and for future projects. 802.11ah Wi-Fi HaLOW allows for long range, low power connectivity and is a fairly new technology as of 2024. There is going to be a gateway that functions as 2.4 GHz AP and two smaller APs.
